A: Yes! Upon notifying us, we can arrange an early pickup and safely take your child home. However, please make sure someone is available to receive and care for them once they arrive, as we are strictly a transportation service and not a daycare.
A small early pickup fee will apply in these situations.
Q: What if I can pick up my kids on certain days during the week but need them picked up on other days?
A: No problem! We’re flexible and happy to work around your schedule. You’ll only be charged for the days your child needs transportation.
Q: How will I know when my child has been picked up or dropped off?
A: We provide real-time updates so you’ll always know when your child is safely on their way or has arrived at their destination. Communication and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Q: What happens if there’s bad weather or school is canceled?
A: If weather conditions or school closures affect your child’s schedule, please notify us right away. We’ll work closely with parents to adjust pick-up times or reschedule as needed to keep everyone safe.
